A selection of open edition prints from the original pen and watercolour paintings of Irish artist Aideen Monaghan.  The artist lives and works in the west of Ireland and the wild Atlantic way along with the counties of Mayo, Clare and  Galway inspire Aideen’s artwork.  The artist’s skill and attention to detail is evident in her drawing style while the loose washes of colour add a vibrant atmosphere to the images. Aideen is equally at home in painting the bustle and energy of the Galway market in contrast to solitary nature of an ruined homestead in Doolin, west Clare.
